According to TheStreet, Elon Mask recently took on the role of a health expert again, offering advice on how to deal with sleep disorders.

In a recent appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Elon Musk said he sleeps about six hours a night, he said it’s a necessity or else his job will suffer.
“How much do you sleep?” Rogan asks.
“About six hours,” Elon Musk answers.
“For someone who does as much as you, that’s impressive that you can squeeze that in,” says Rogan. (He’s known for getting eight hours a night himself).
